It is with heartfelt sorrow that we share the news of Harvey's passing at the age of 87. Born and raised in Manitoba, he bravely relocated his young family to British Columbia in 1967, seeking refuge from the unforgiving winters of Winnipeg, though his loyalty to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers never wavered.
Harvey dedicated himself as a Foreman in a warehouse, overseeing logging trucks destined for the coastal forests. He was known for his infectious smile and laughter, always finding joy in making others smile as well.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Gloria Married 64 years, along with his son Ron (Christa) and daughter Kathy (Wade).
We extend our deepest gratitude to Eden Care Home in Chilliwack, BC, for the compassionate care they provided him in his later years.
Harvey's spirit, generosity, and love will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew him. May he rest in peace, cherished as both as a husband and a father.
