It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, brother, granddad and great granddad. He was taken from us too soon and his passing leaves a significant void in all our lives.
Ken leaves behind his wife of 62 years, Pat, children, Tracy (Nathaniel) and Darren (Carol), his cherished grandchildren: Stuart (Tracy), Tara, Amy, Julie, sweet great granddaughter Linkin, sister Cindy (Clarke) and nieces and nephews.
Some of his happiest times were spent at their beach cottage. Ken enjoyed catching and cooking crab, and sharing them with friends and family. He took great joy in the lovely sunsets and walks on the beach with his favourite pet Toby.
Later in life, Ken took delight in many cruises and bus tours with Pat.
He was a loving father, granddad, great granddad and most devoted husband to his beloved life partner and soulmate Pat.
Ken is predeceased by his parents: Ralph and Anne Koebel, and sisters Helen and Shirley.
No formal goodbyes. Think of Ken when you are walking on the beach or enjoying a beautiful sunset.
