Bettie Lou Turney, age 76 of Benton, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday September 6th 2021 after a struggle with Dementia. She was born on Monday October 9th 1944 in Little Rock, Arkansas to her late parents Emmett W. Bolton and Lula J. Bolton. She was the loving widow and wife of 50 years to Charles R. Turney. She is survived by her three children, Patty Cato of Bryant, Ar, Tina White (Lance) of Vilonia, Ar and Charles “Buck” Turney (Jessica) of Benton, Ar, two sisters, Agness Duncan a longtime resident of Little Rock and her twin sister Dottie Garrett (JC) of Russellville, nine grand children, eight great grand children and countless friends and loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her brothers Troy Jeans, Roy Jeans, Bill Bolton and BJ Bolton.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Pinecrest Funeral Home, 7401 Hwy 5 North, Alexander, Ar 72002 with Pastor Danny Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. A visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday September 17th at Pinecrest Funeral Home.
