Bobby Baer

Julian Robert “Bobby” Baer, 76, of Alexander, Arkansas passed away on March 27, 2026 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Born on September 10, 1949, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Julian Warren Baer and Mary Ellen Cutter Webb he lived a life dedicated to his family, friends and the service of others. He graduated from Fuller High School and went on to serve as a U.S. Army Ranger for the 101st Division during the Vietnam War and subsequently served in the Arkansas National Guard. He worked for the Little Rock Fire Department as an EMT/Firefighter for [Number] years before accepting a position with the City of Little Rock as a Code Inspector for Housing and Neighborhood Programs. He married Paula Plant Baer and they shared 47 years of marriage. Bobby was known for his love of racing and his dedication to family. He is survived by his loving wife Paula Plant Baer of Alexander, Arkansas; his son, Samuel Baer of Alexander, Arkansas; his sister, Robin Webb of Cabot, Arkansas [Marilyn Roberts]; and his faithful dog, Blu Baer. He was preceded in death by his parents. A celebration of life will be held at Rock Creek Church on April 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM with a visitation starting one hour prior at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow the service at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
