He was born March 2, 1938, in Prescott, Arkansas, to Clyde and Thelma Greer. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bob retired as a yard foreman for a lumber yard. He was a hardworking, faithful Christian man who loved his family and his faithful sidekick, Buddy.
Bob was an avid deer hunter and a lifelong member of DeWoody Greer Hunting Club.
He is survived by his loving soulmate and wife of 53 years, Pamela; three children, Pamela Lynn Woodruff (Bruce) of East End, Bobby Ray Greer, Jr. (Niki) of Bauxite, Celestina Robin Williams (Chris) of Sherwood; three siblings, Sue Greer Hall and Billy Wayne Greer of Bee Branch, Arkansas, and Elizabeth Ann Greer Butler of Alexander; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 14, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and funeral service on Thursday, November 15, at 2:00 p.m., both at Pinecrest Funeral Home in Alexander. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
