Debra was a devoted mother and grandmother and a wonderful spouse and life partner. She owned an Indian Art Gallery in the 1980's, retired as a commercial security consultant, in her younger days was an avid tennis player, an aerobics instructor and friend. She loved her family and was one of the most unselfish people you could meet. She lived a life of Christian Faith always thinking of, helping, and supporting others. She is survived by her loving husband, Darrel Snively; daughters, Chaley Marie Carter and Hayley Jo Carter; step-daughters, Romi L. Burks and Chanda L. Ramey; brothers, Fred and Keith Roark, as well as grandchildren, Caleb Carter and Charlie Higgins, Bailey Hill, Kaylee Hill, and Stormy Rain Ramey.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Jared Edger Carter and one sister, Pam Sims.
Debra will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
