Patsy Ann Cooper

We are heartbroken to announce that Patsy Ann Cooper departed for heaven on February 27th, 2023. She was seventy-seven. Born to the late John Henry Beard and Louise Franklin of Malvern, Arkansas. She attended Central High School and later attained her diploma. She is beloved by many, won many awards, helped many people to learn, grow, and develop in her twenty-seven years in various managerial roles at Walmart.

Patsy is pre-deceased by her late husband Roy Turner, her daughter Patricia Turner, her sisters Wanda Van Note, Fran Peak, and Brenda Vitale, her grandchildren, Lance Reaper, and Larry Reaper, her great-grandchild, Elizabeth, her parents, grandparents, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, mothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Patsy is survived by her adored husband of thirty-seven years Charles (Charlie) Cooper, her sisters, Mary Jones, Joe Brought, and Cecilia Walker, her children, Pamala Turner, and Cindy Jacobsen, her stepchildren, Trena Gee, Teresa Marshall, and William Walker, her grandchildren, Sierra Jacobsen, Chance Beran, John Michael Jacobsen, Samantha Jacobsen, Amanda White, and Bradley Buford, her great-grandchildren, Austin Brown, and Tyler Graff, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Patsy is best known for her get-things-done attitude, strength, character, tongue-in-cheek humor, and love of the outdoors. She was a mother to many, a great friend, a loving mom, an adoring wife, and a person to whom anyone could talk with her about anything for which they needed a caring ear mixed with love and wisdom. The best word I can think of to describe her is unforgettable. She is greatly loved and missed by many.

The funeral is 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 14th, 2023, at Pinecrest Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
