Sherry Anne Skillings, 69, of Mountain Home, AR was born in Little Rock, AR on June 24, 1954 passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023. Sherry was mom's first and only child of five to be born with her red hair.
Sherry was a retired registered nurse. Sherry, not having any children of her own, found immense enjoyment in her long nursing career caring for patients in Neonatal and Pediatrics. Over the years she enjoyed arts and crafts. She made hundreds of gorgeous ceramics, many handmade wreaths and floral arrangements. She enjoyed talking often to her dear nephew Brett on the telephone. She especially loved her dogs Guess & Sarge. Sherry shared her birthday on the exact same day, same year June 24, 1954 as her husband David Sr. Sherry is survived by her four stepchildren; Kenny, David Jr.,Charlie,and Amy.
Sherry is survived by her four siblings: Karen Hutchins-son Brett, daughter Brittany. Royce Bright (Donna) daughters, Tiffany and Danielle who have both preceded her in death. Dale Bright (Karen) daughter Katelyn. Lisa McCaskill-daughter Laura, son Matthew.
Interment on Friday afternoon December 1st at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, AR.
