Pete was born on December 7, 1961. He spent much of his life working as a mechanic, dedicating over 30 years to his trade. Outside of work, he found great enjoyment in hunting and fishing, hobbies that brought him peace and connection to the outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley P. Burry Sr.; his mother, Margie L. Burry; and his wife, Rosemary Burry.
Pete is survived by his brother, Stephen H. Burry (Shirley); his nephew, Stephen H. Burry Jr. (Ashlie); his niece, Mindy M. Nichols (Luke); his great-nieces, Rossi and Ellie; and his great-nephew, Colton Nichols.
Pete will be remembered for his hardworking nature and his love of the outdoors.
A graveside service will be held at Pinecrest Funeral Home, 7401 HIGHWAY 5 N, ALEXANDER, AR 72002, US, on April 20, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
