

Teva grew up in Beebe and attended Beebe High School, where she played on the girls' basketball team. After graduation, she enrolled at Arkansas State University-Beebe. She married her high school sweetheart, Thurman Lee Chambers, and together they built a life rooted in love, faith, and family.
Teva retired from the United States Federal Government after a 27-year career. She enjoyed the simple comforts of home—her soap operas, caring for her plants, shopping, and watching football (favorite player: Patrick Mahomes).
She is survived by her husband, Thurman Lee Chambers; her children, LeeAnn Chambers, Mark Chambers, and Michele Chambers Britt; grandchildren Ashley Anousakes Key, Joey Anousakes-Morrett, Parker Chambers, Dr. Kennedy Chambers, Taylor Britt, and Brandon Britt; great-grandchildren Katelyn DePriest, Kyleigh Schoultz, and Corbin Key; and great-great-grandchild Briggs DePriest.
Teva's life was a blessing to all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
A funeral service will be held at Pinecrest Funeral Home, located at 7401 Highway 5 N, Alexander, Arkansas, 72002, United States, on February 14, 2026, at 9:00 am.
Following the funeral service, she will be laid to rest at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
