I’ve worked with emotionally challenged youth for nearly 50 years and Pam Rubin was a wonderful colleague for many of those years. Rarely have I witnessed such kindness, competence, good humor, understanding, compassion and true concern for the young people in our charge! I remember a workshop Pam did at Cedar Lane entitled “Students that push your buttons.” Pam helped us understand the reasons for the behaviors we were dealing with daily, and she helped us see our students with much greater compassion. She was always a gardener at heart and she left us with the most beautiful flowers of all! We will miss her terribly, but we will see her every time we witness beauty in nature and kindness in this world!                              Scott ‘Gos’ Gosline

I am so sorry for the loss of Pammie, your wife, Mother, sister, and my friend.  She was smart, kind, loving, funny, resilient  and so so easy to be with.  I will miss our walks and talks and theater and dinners and trying to find a bowling alley and and and.  I feel very lucky to have had such a wonderful friend.  I will miss her!  I know you will miss her more!!  Love to you and to Pammie.

We are so sorry for your loss but know that Pam is in God’s hands now. We have fond memories of Pam at our house parties and other gatherings. She was always so energetic, pleasant, and cheerful and loved to chat with Casper (Sandee's dad). We enjoyed our conversations about all the adventures/hikes, growing up near Boston and helping make dresses at her family business, working at the public schools, and how everything has changed over the years in this area. Pam will be greatly missed but her warmth, kindness, and friendly spirit will be remembered forever.  May loving memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength.

Thank you for sharing Pam with us.  We were so blessed to have Aunt Pam in our lives.  Aunt Pam held both Amelia and Jacob as babies and welcomed them into our extended family.  Pam ran after them as toddlers, taught them about art and ice cream and showed them love and patience always.  We are all such better people for having Aunt Pam in our lives.  We miss her already! May Pam rest in the glory of God throughout eternity and may God send His abundant consolation and comfort to Larry and all who mourn her passing.

My condolences to Pam's children and Larry.  I have spent many Thanksgivings and Knights of Columbus events with Pam and Larry over the years.  They have always opened their homes and hearts to me; for that, I am extremely grateful.  Pam had a very warm personality, a witty sense of humor and a joyful outlook on life.  She will be so missed.  God bless you Pam.

Pam always lit up a room. You actually waited for her to arrive at events, so much did she raise the joufulness of any occasion.  That can’t be replaced, though we can remember her lilt and grace whenever we gather at a place where she should be.
