Tamara Dorothy Lee Nugent

She attended public schools in Manassas, and later studied at Northern Virginia Community College. She also sang with the choir at All Saints Catholic Church. She was a proud member of the DAR.

Tamara enjoyed biking and skating with her family on the Mt Vernon trail as well of doing craft projects at Christmas time. She was a lover of all animals, including butterflies and birds, and especially her cat Pickles and the family dog Mugsby.

Tamara is preceded in death by her mother Lizbeth Nugent and is survived by her father Stephen Nugent and her twin sister Charlotte Nugent. She also leaves her grandfather, many aunts and uncles, cousins and a niece and nephew.

Visitation will be held at Demaine Funeral Homes. Inc., 520 S. Washington St., Alexandria, VA 22314, US, on March 11, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held at The Basilica of Saint Mary, 310 S Royal St, Alexandria, VA 22314, US, on March 12, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

A Graveside Service will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery, 1000 S Royal St, Alexandria, VA 22314, US, on March 12, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
