Charles “BoBo” was born on July 18th 1959 to Clifton James Carter and Louis Jean Carter in Orlando, Florida. He was a loving father, family man, chef and amazing artist.
Charles was predeceased by Clifton James Carter and Louis Jean Carter. He is survived by sons - Charles Yeager Carter, Charles Carter Jr, and Kenneth Williams; Siblings - Bobbie Glass, Earl Carter, Willie Carter, Gloria Brown, Ray Carter, and Lee “Phyllis” Bellamy; Grandchildren - Yauncee Yeager, Kendelevon Williams Jr, Elijah Yeager, and Mason Carter.
Services will be held at Redeeming Light Center Church, 109 Washington Ave, Orlando, FL 32810 on Saturday, November 19th at 12:00pm.
