Dominic was born on February 17, 1973, in Orlando, Florida. He is a graduate of Lake Brantley High School. He attended Orlando Culinary School and received his certificate. He shared his culinary talents at various Central Florida establishments - to include Heathrow Country Club, Disney Golf Resort, Whole Foods and Costco.
He was a fan of the San Francisco Giants, because his family were New York fans of the New York Giants. He loved to fish with his dad and brothers at Cape Canaveral.
He is survived by his spouse, Denise Barkhouse Calamari, son, Micah Calamari, father, Andrew Calamari; brothers, Christopher and Daniel. He was predeceased by his mother, Frances Fredricks Calamari ; brother, Louis Calamari.
Interment will be determined at a later date.
