Marjorie C. McFarlane was born and raised in Kingston Jamaica. In 1951 she went to England to train as a nurse. She worked in several hospitals in and around London for 20 years before moving to Dallas, Texas where she was a nurse in Parkland Hospital for many years. In the early 1990's she retired to Altamonte Springs, Florida. Marjorie had many friends in the UK and US who loved her very much and will be much missed.
A devoted mother and grandmother she leaves behind her son Oliver, his wife Sue and their children Michael and Emma. After a short illness Marjorie died peacefully at the Hospice of the Comforter on 8th
August 8th 2015. Donations in her memory to the First Baptist Church Sanlando Springs, Florida.
