Paul worked as a Chemical Tech for the City of Orlando.
Preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Marie Mitchell and his brother Don.
Survived by his wife Roxanne Mitchell and his step children Sandra Gotwalt, Charles Swigart, Barbara Baker and Michael Swigart

A funeral service will occur Friday, August 15, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 994 E ALTAMONTE DR, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32701.
