Angelita Angie Guerrero

Funeral services will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Fairview Assembly of God, 3706 SE 10th, with Pastor Jerad Middaugh officiating.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Directors.

Angie Guerrero went to be with her Lord on Friday, January 29, 2016. Angie was born August 15, 1945 in Victoria to Juan and Guadalupe Gonzales. She was raised in Victoria until the age of 13 at which time she moved to Amarillo. Angie graduated from Amarillo High in 1963 and from LABI in 1967. She worked for Santa Fe Energy and before retiring worked at Wal-Mart. Angie married Joe Guerrero in October 1967. They were married 46 years before his passing. Angie enjoyed attending her kids and grandkids activities and watching them play sports. She enjoyed spending time with her family and LABI friends. As a woman of God she worshipped at Southlawn Assembly of God where she was involved in women’s ministries.

Angie was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, a brother and her loving husband.

Angie is survived by her children, Leon Guerrero and wife Amy, Jennifer Guerrero, Lisa Guerrero and fiancé Rudy and Jason Guerrero and wife Melinda; her grandchildren, Stephanie Copley, Michael Guerrero, Dallas Guerrero, Ashleigh Guerrero, Jonathan Guerrero, Daisha Johnson, Jason Guerrero, Jr. and Jase Guerrero; a great-granddaughter, Mikayla; her sisters, Amelia Gonzales and husband Joe, Margie Villareal and husband Mateo and Elida Quintero and husband Ralph..

The family will have a come and go visitation Monday evening from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
