He was born December 5, 1947 in Amarillo, Texas to Curtis and Martha Dunn.
Eldon attended Tascosa High School and graduated in 1966, soon after he enlisted into the Army in 1967. He served his country while he was stationed in Vietnam, serving as a Sargent. Eldon was honorably discharged after his years of service. He loved NASCAR, Ranger’s Baseball, Dallas Stars Hockey and the Dallas Cowboys. Eldon had other passions such as flying his radio controlled airplanes and riding motorcycles. He met and married the love of his life Chirsteen Sarah and together they built a wonderful life together for 51 years. Eldon and Christeen had one son Cliff Dunn who is their pride and joy. He loved to take his family on good vacations and camping. Eldon worked in construction all his life.
He is survived by his loving wife Christeen Dunn, and one son; Cliff Dunn of Amarillo.
Eldon is preceded in death by his parents; Curtis Dunn passing on April 12, 1988, Martha Dunn passing on December 26,2002, his brother; James Dunn passing on July 27, 1989, grandparents; William Dunn passing on April 11, 1951, Rella Dunn passing on February 15, 1985, Lonnie Foster passing on July 26,1963, Amma Foster passing on May 24, 1998.
Eldon will be missed by both his family and friends.
