Eula was born in Florida on April 9, 1912, and was a retired schoolteacher. She spent much of her life caring for others and being a spiritual and educational inspiration to all who knew her. Her faith in God and love of country were motivators and a source of strength, which helped her endure countless heartaches, losses and life challenges. She was preceded in death by her loving parents; her devoted husband, Melvin Weaver; a sister, Thelda Fannin; and the rest of her siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins.
