Joe was born in Amarillo to Roy and Sylvia Allison on August 14, 1936. He retired from Pantex. Joe enjoyed watch most sports on TV, especially football and car races. He enjoyed driving his red mustang convertible with the top down. He was a gun collector who enjoyed going to gun shows. He will be greatly missed.
