Pat was born October 4, 1944 in Edgemont, South Dakota to James Phillip and Margaret Ruby “Freel” Clapham. She worked at Bell Helicopter as a Mechanical Inspector for many years before opening her own beauty shop. She was a Red Hat Lady, a member of the Moose Lodge and the VFW Eagles and Elks. Pat enjoyed traveling, dancing and absolutely loved her grandchildren. She adored her son and loved being surrounded by family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Minier; her parents; 7 brothers, Mickey, Donald, James, Richard, Thomas, Joe and Johnny and 3 sisters, Snookie Butrick, Mary Lou Clausen and Jean Stanhope. Pat is survived by her son, Charlie Paul Stanhope of Kemah, Texas; sisters, Linda McNichols of Portland, Oregon, Pam Woodford and Sue Jansen both of The Dalles, Oregon; 7 grandchildren, Anthony, Brandon, Justin, Amber, Shaylynn, Tommy and Alison; 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
