Hazel Parr Good, 101, of
Amarillo died Friday, Nov 4, 2011.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Comanche Trail Church of Christ with Lauren Harper officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Griggs-Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 S. Bell St.
Mrs. Good was born April 7, 1910, in Orr, Okla., and moved to Amarillo from Dalhart in 1958. She was a resident of Bivins Nursing Home for the last 10 years. Hazel was a long time member of the Church of Christ, loved music and played the piano.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Lonnie F. Parr and Sloan Good; two brothers; and a sister.
Survivors include two sons, Lonnie Parr and wife Betty of Amarillo and Glenn Parr of Dallas; two daughters, Gale Lloyd and
husband Joe of Kerrville and Jeanne Amend of Rio Rancho, N.M.; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; ad six great-great-grandchildren.
