A celebration of Penny’s life will be held at a later date.
Penny was born on April 8, 1969 in Hamilton, Ohio to Shirley Jean Parker. The love she carried in her heart for her family was almost explosive! One of her favorite pass times include going to the mountains and camping out while listening to the children laugh and play just filled her heart with joy! She loved to make people laugh even if it made herself look goofy!
She was a very hard working mother all along making sure her children knew she loved them very much, even children that weren’t biologically hers she tried her best to make sure they all knew she loved them!
Penny was preceded in death by her Mother Shirley Winchester and Father Bill Dykes. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband Rodney Clark, sons Joseph Coy, and Dale Clark; daughter Deanna Clark parent Dee Cravy, brother Johnny Winchester and sister Dorcus Acuff. She also leaves behind her beloved grandbabies Eaon,Camille,Jack and Logan Clark, Emma,Brantley and Carter Coy, Zakaryah and Avory Rodriguez; and Kingston Cooper.
