Sherry Kay Cates, 64 of Temple passed away June 3, 2016. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Memorial Park Funeral Cemetery by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 I-40 East. Sherry was born April 22, 1952 in Amarillo to Jefferson and Gladys Dickey. She was a loving and devoted mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed. She is survived by her daughter, Carrie Cates of Florida, New York; son, Jeff Cates of Seagraves; sisters, Betty Ogden, Charlene Mitchell and Edith Davis all of Amarillo and Delores Justice of North Little Rock, Arkansas; also by 5 grandchildren.
