Veronica Basferd

She was born on August 7, 1937 in Sabraton West Virginia to Antony and Ethel Lipovich.

She was a lifelong homemaker and wife of an Air Force Veteran. She enjoyed getting to see many places along their travels and be part of a military family. She always enjoyed being with her family and having family dinners together, She loved spoiling her grandsons, great grandkids and great-great- granddaughter on the holidays. She was a selfless servant with a great sense of humor. She enjoyed music, tv, and loved to read. Her dogs and grand-dogs brought her much joy and companionship. She was an avid Black Friday shopper who loved giving gifts. She was a peacemaker and caring woman whom will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband, George Basferd of Amarillo, daughter, Lynn Robertson Gandy and husband Kevin of Amarillo, 3 grandson, Josh Robertson of Pittsburg, Matt Robertson and wife Lindsey of Amarillo, and Adam Robertson of Pampa, 2 greatgrandchildren, Rain Robertson of Santa Fe and Laiken Roberston, and 1 great-great-grandchild, Rosie Mueller of Santa Fe.
