Connie R. Romero

Born in Pueblo Colorado, she was the daughter of Anastacio and Tiburcia Yniguez. She was a homemaker for the majority of her life and also employed at Hunt-Wesson as production line staff for a number of years before retiring in the early eighties.

She was a member of Saint Columban Catholic Church and loved attending mass regularly. She thoroughly enjoyed gardening, cooking for her family and friends, traveling, dancing, sewing, and entertaining at her home. She will be remembered for her love of flowers, music, tending to her home and garden, tasty margaritas, and famous chicken mole.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Joseph, Sandra, Michael, Jesse, and great granddaughter Nina Muñoz. She was predeceased by her husband John P. Romero and daughter Lupe Muñoz.

A visitation for Connie will be held Sunday, November 28, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Anaheim, 2425 W. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim, CA. A funeral mass will occur Monday, November 29, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Columban Church, 10801 Stanford Ave., Garden Grove, CA 92840. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, 7845 Santiago Canyon Rd., Orange, CA 92869.
