Fred (Scott) was born in Des Moines, Iowa to his mother, Martha Jane Bump. He was raised in San Jose, CA, and returned to Des Moines to raise his family. He is survived by his wife Andrea Pritchard and their three children Nicole Williams (Stan), Christopher Pritchard and Joshua Pritchard, two grandchildren, Ella Williams and Lincoln Williams, and Fred’s siblings Tyrone Thiel (Amy), Jeff Thiel (Charis), Richard Krause (Carletta) and Jennifer Krause (Jack), and his beloved nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held. Expressions of sympathy can be directed to the family.
