She continued her work in the arts following her retirement in 1996 and was on the exhibition committees of the Jewish Community Center of Ann Arbor and at the Turner Senior Resource Center. The family wishes to express its deepest thanks to the staff at Home Instead, especially her extraordinary team of Bobbie Sitters: Anita, Deb, Lana, Donna, Brendan, Arash, Laila, Liesel, David, and Soheyla, and to her nurses at Arbor Hospice, whose extended and gentle care made it possible for Bobbie to remain in the light-filled, bird, squirrel, and deer-visited home that held so many happy memories for her. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make a donation in Bobbie’s memory to the Docent Program at the University of Michigan Museum of Art, or to the Myron Levine Memorial Fund, in care of the Department of Human Genetics at the University of Michigan, or to the charity of your choice.
