

Julia Logerquist, a cherished wife, devoted mother, beloved daughter, and adored sister, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on March 6, 1970, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Julia brought joy and light to all who knew her. Her departure leaves a void in the hearts of many, but her memory will forever be cherished.
Growing up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Julia was known for her caring nature, bubbliness, and radiant personality. She possessed a deep love for animals, which was evident in her compassionate demeanor towards all creatures great and small.
Julia is survived by her loving spouse, Jonathan Killian, and her children Nathaniel and Neily, who were the center of her world. She also leaves behind her devoted parents, Ken and Donna Logerquist, and her dear brothers Andrew and Kevin, who shared countless cherished memories with her.
Julia's journey through life led her to Venice Beach, Florida, where she found her home. It was in this vibrant community that she touched the lives of many. Her services were held in Venice Beach, Florida, where she resided, surrounded by those who treasured her.
A graduate of Pioneer High School, Julia was not only known for her academic achievements but also for her talents as a gymnast and cheerleader. In 2017, Julia and Jonathan were married at Grace United Methodist in Venice, Florida. Their union was a testament to their enduring love and commitment to one another, having met through a Christian dating site.
Julia's love for animals extended beyond her personal life; she was an avid supporter of animal welfare causes.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be to be made to the ASPCA.
Julia's spirit will live on through the countless lives she touched with her warmth, kindness, and infectious laughter. She will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her passion for animals, and the light she brought into the lives of all who knew her. May she rest in eternal peace, her memory forever cherished in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
A prayer service for Julia will be held on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Washtenong Memorial Park, 3771 Whitmore Lake Rd, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105.. Following the service, an entombment will take place at Washtenong Memorial Park.
