Kevin Quilter

Kevin Francis Quilter, born April 14, 1953 died on January 26, 2012 at UM Hospital of pneumonia. He is survived by his father, Brendan Quilter, his four sisters, Brigid Kowalczyk, Mary (Jim) Page, Christine (Ron) Brinkman, and Elena Quilter. His mother Mary Quilter and his brother Jack preceded him in death. He was proud uncle to 15 nephews and nieces and their 8 children.

Kevin worked at Dunning Toyota for 18 years and lived in a group home managed by Progressive Residential Services. His roommates, Chris and Charlie, his many caregivers and co-workers will miss his constant cheery disposition and his quirky sense of humor. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me. ” And we believe that he is now in a place of joy and peace.

Viewing will be at Muehlig Funeral Chapel on Monday, January 30 from 4:00-7:00pm with a Memorial Service hosted by Covenant Community Church beginning at 6:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Christ the King Catholic Church on Tuesday at 10:00am with instate at 9:00am.
