LLoyd Davis

Lloyd was preceded in death by Barbara, who was the love of his life and his bride of 56 years, his parents, his sister Velma (Dodge) Melendy, and his two brothers, Max and Don.



Lloyd is survived by his daughter Tresa and husband Daniel O’Rourke; daughter Stephanie and husband Tommy Sale; grandson Ryan O’Rourke and wife Ingrid; granddaughter Rachael (O'Rourke) and husband Eddie Sitarek; grandson Kyle Hanson; four great-grandchildren Mack, Reese and Sloane O’Rourke and Lillie Sitarek; nephew Gary Dodge, niece Renee Salmen, as well as numerous other nieces and nephews.



Lloyd worked his entire career at Edwards Brothers in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he was a supervisor in the camera department for most of his tenure. He was also an avid reader, and loved hunting, fishing and golfing. He served in the Army National Guard for 8 years.

A small memorial service was held Thursday, December 2, 2021 at the Washtenong Memorial Park in Ann Arbor, where he was then laid to rest in the Davis family plot.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lloyd’s memory can be made to The American Heart Association.
