I fondly remember going with my parents to the train station to pick up Uncle Tom and Uncle John. They were both in uniform. They were so handsome and that impressed me. The best part was, I was able to sit between them in the back seat and visit with them on the trip home.
This is my first memory of my Uncle Tom.
