Carolyn Kaye Habetler, of Heritage Harbour in Annapolis, MD, died suddenly August 15, 2014. Mrs. Habetler earned a BA from the University of Maryland and a MA from Marymount University. She was employed as the Director of Human Resources of the National Governors Association. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Kenan J. Habetler; her mother, Freda Bailey Easterling; her sister, Renee Higgins; and her brother, Joseph Easterling.
