

Shirley was born in Birmingham, Alabama on November 17, 1935.
She is predeceased by her Daughters Sherry and Sherrell (the twins) and her son Steven.
She leaves behind her Husband Ralph Simi, her Daughter Kelly Riley, 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great-grandchildren.
Shirley worked as a Social Worker for the State of Maryland for 20 years. She was very active in her community, Sons of Italy, Girl Scouts, Numerous Square Dance Clubs and her Church.
She and her husband had traveled the entire US and parts of Europe together making life long memories. Their toast was “Ancient music and distant places”
She was a remarkable artist, writer and scuba diver. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Services for Shirley will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1300West St., Annapolis Wednesday, December 5th at 11:00 am.
A service also will be held at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church, 109 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis on Saturday, December, 22nd at 9:00am
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to Saint Jude’s Hospital for Children and Cancer Research.
