Survivors include her Son, Jerry Haskell Dear (Pam); Daughter, Susan Dear Randle (Richard); Grandchildren, William Alex Dear (Kristi), Joseph Brian Dear (Paige), and Richard Randle (Cassy); Sister, Jana Newsome Smith (Ronnie); 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
Mrs. Dear is preceded in death by her Husband, William Haskell “Billy” Dear; Parents, Barney and Ruth Gamble Newsome Sr.; Sister, Elizabeth Louise Stewart; Brother, Barney Newsome Jr.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 16th, 2013 at 12 PM at Gray Brown Service Mortuary with Reverend Buddy Nelson officiating. The Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Graveside service will follow at Forestlawn Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Dear was a lifetime resident of Anniston, AL and retired from the Security Office at AOD. She was a part of the Baptist faith and a member at First Baptist Church at McClellan
