Funeral service for Mrs. Betty W. Jennings, 86, of Eastaboga, will be 2 PM Sunday August 24, 2014, at Meadowbrook Baptist Church with Bro. John White and Bro. Trull Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Plum Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday at the church one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Jennings passed away Friday at her home.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years Curtis Jennings; daughters, Janice (Sammy) Curvin and Teresa (Billy) Brooks; son, Mark Jennings; 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 sisters; and 2 brothers.
Pallbearers will be members of Meadowbrook Baptist Church family.
Mrs. Jennings was a member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church and a former member of Plum Springs Baptist Church. She was born in Clanton, AL and raised in a family of 14 children. She was a beloved mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
