He is survived by his son, Arthur Hammond and his wife Michelle; grandson, Cooper Hammond; sister, Darlene Martin and her husband Johnny.
Billy is preceded in death by his wife Angela Hammond; parents, Bill and Annie Hammond.
Billy was a genuine soul. He loved being outdoors where he could go camping. He also had a heart and love to rescue animals whenever he had the chance. He is loved so much by many and will be missed by all that knew him.
