Funeral services for Clifford Bailey Brown Jr., 61, of Anniston will be Tuesday, 2:00 pm at Gray Brown Service Chapel with Patty and Corky Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday, from 1:00pm until service at the funeral home. Mr. Brown passed away December 22nd 2016 in Anniston.
Survivors include his daughter Kimberly Cooper; mother, Shirley Ann Brown; sister, Denise Myslak (A.J.); Brother, Phillip R. Brown (Cindy); grandson, Michael Cooper; niece, Jennifer Dempsey (Matthew), nephew, Dr. Aubrey Nathan Beal (Anna); and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and close friends.
Mr. Brown is preceded in death by his father, Clifford Bailey Brown Sr.
Pallbearers will be, Charles Wesley Brown Jr., Curtis Kirk, Kenny Kirk Sr., Brian Kirk, Patrick Kirk, Tim Brown, and Clifford L. Surrett.
Mr. Brown was a native of Anniston and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He attended Wellborn High School and worked for many years at Anniston Pump Shop then became a self-employed contractor. Mr. Brown had a love for music and Alabama football. He was a loving father, grandfather, and will be deeply missed.
