Daniel "Danny" Green

Danny was a resident of Eastaboga, Alabama. He is survived by his daughter, Rita Green Burns (James), his grandchildren, Corbin Pate (Molly) and Jadan Burns, his sister, Linda Reynolds, his brother-in-law, Glenn Stedham, and a niece Kelly Stedham and nephew Max Reynolds. He was predeceased by his parents, Thermon and Lurline Green, his wife, Marion Green, and his sisters, Anita Stedham and Nancy Malcolm.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on February 27, 2026, at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary with Eddy Beard officiating followed by a private Entombment.

Active pallbearers will be Johnny Cassell, Ross Wright Jr., Glenn Stedham, Paul Dingler, Corbin Pate, and Jadan Burns.

Danny graduated Anniston High School and served in Vietnam in the US Air Force. He was employed by Saunder Trucking for over 17 years and later Anniston Army Depot. He loved Alabama Football, fishing, hunting, flying model planes. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wounded Warriors Project or American Cancer Society.
