Funeral service for David James Moss, 61, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Gray Brown-Service. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Moss passed away Tuesday at RMC. Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Patsy Moss; sons, David Moss Jr. (Amber) and Curtis Moss (Megan); grandchildren, Serena Moss, Hunter Leonard, Braxton and Stacy Moss, Haelynn Hodges and Jaxen Stewart Moss; sisters, Doris Ann Moss, Janet Moss and Alice Skala; brothers, Willie and John Moss; several nieces and nephews and Zeus, his mixed-lab. Mr. Moss is preceded in death by his parents, Stewart and Doris Moss; sister, Barbara Moss and brother, Steward Karl Moss Jr. Mr. Moss, a native of Anniston and former marine, worked for Harley Davidson for seven years as a test rider. He was an avid Harley enthusiast, an Alabama fan (Roll Tide) and a loving husband, father and grandfather.
