Memorial services for Mrs. Doris Morrison Trotter, 90, of Anniston, will be 2 pm Saturday at Gray Brown-Service with minister Steve McCord officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Trotter passed away on January 8th at her home.
Survivors include her daughters Becky Meneses (Milton), Patty Beebe, and Jeannie Crossin (Mike); Her sons, Donald Trotter (Pat) and Andy Trotter (Sarah-Jane); Her sister, Patsy Kilgore (Troy); and her brothers Daniel Morrison (Martha) and Robert Morrison (Jane).
Pallbearers will be Peter and David Trotter, Stephen and Tommy Meneses, Daniel Beebe, Michael Crossin. Honorary pallbearers will be Ben and Sam Trotter and Nathan Meneses.
Mrs. Trotter is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Donald W. Trotter and her sisters Rachel Bright and Katie Rice.
Mrs. Trotter was a devout Christian who loved her God first and then her family. The family would like to send a special thank you to Gentiva Hospice and her compassionate caregiver, Stacy Christopher.
