Ohatchee – Funeral service for Mr. Earl Gray Jennings, 79, will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Morris officiating with burial to follow at Crook Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Jennings passed on Monday, August 14, 2017.
Mr. Jennings is survived by his daughter, Diner (Tom) Dewitt; sister, Glenda (Hillard) Watts; granddaughter, Courtney Goode; three great-grandchildren; one great great-grandson; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend and neighbor, Jo Roberts.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Mr. Jennings is preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Mattie Jennings; brothers, Carl, Herbert, and Tommy Jennings; and sister, Evelyn McMan.
Mr. Jennings was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County; he was of the Baptist Faith and was employed with Lee Brass for 18 years.
