Wellington – Graveside services for Mr. Frederick Jones, 62, of Wellington will be Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 2:30p.m. at Wellington 1st Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Jonathan Heathcock officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12-2 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home.
Mr. Jones is survived by his daughters, Stacey Jones (Jonathan) Heathcock, Jessie Gardiner, and Jody (Douglas) Craig; son, Rick (Bonnie) Jones; mother and dad, Jean & Bob Teed; grandchildren, Rick “Bubba” Jones, Jacob, Destiny, Kirsten, and Jeremiah Heathcock, Brittney, Ashley, Matthew and Timmy Gardiner, Jacob, and David Craig; brothers and sisters, Jimmy, Bennie, Martha, Nancy, Robert, Janet, Cindy, Rhonda, Pam, Shelia, Steve, Roberta, and Tina; lifelong friend, Sonja.
Mr. Jones is preceded in death by his father, Walter Jones; brother, Buddy Jones; sisters, Barbara Jean Jones, and Darlene Moore.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Newell, Bill Shepherd, Shaun Shepherd, Roger Austin, David Hyde, Tim Leahey, and Don Martin. Honorary pallbearers will be Rick “Bubba” Jones, Jacob and Jeremiah Heathcock, Jacob Craig.
