Geraldine "Gerald" Ginn

Funeral service for Geraldine “Gerald” Ginn, 70, of Anniston, will be 1:00 pm, Monday, December 12, 2011, at Gray Brown-Service with Rev. Don Maddox and Rev. Bryan Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Oxford Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday from 11-1 pm at the funeral home. Ms. Ginn died Saturday morning at her residence.

Survivors include daughters, Shari Daniel and husband Joel of Choccolocco and Patti Waits and partner Angela Wilson of Anniston; grandchildren, Brandi Norred Maiorino and husband Michael of Nashville TN, Phillip Norred of Atlanta GA and Tyler Daniel of Choccolocco; sisters, Jean Williams and husband James of Eastaboga, Peggy Rotten and husband Mack of Wetumpka and Betty Doss and husband Dennis of Oxford; brother, Daryl Ginn and wife Eloise of Oxford and several nieces and nephews.

Ms. Ginn is preceded in death by her children, Phillip Waits and Kathy Waits; and parents Napoleon and Virginia Ginn.

Ms. Ginn was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County. She was a former employee of Super-Valu, Gregerson’s and retired from Food Max.
