With profound sadness and deep love, we announce the of passing of Hank Ray Jobson Jr., affectionately known to many as "Boogie", who left this world on April 17, 2026 at the age of 38. Born on December 24, 1987 in Anniston, Alabama, Hank's life was a testament to joy, laughter, and boundless generosity.

The beloved son of Stacy Reynolds and Hank Ray Jobson, and stepson to John Timothy Reynolds, Hank's journey began in a family that cherished him dearly. He was preceded in passing by his grandfather, Howard Nolan Lambert, grandmother, Judy Elaine Lambert, and his cherished aunts and uncles; Shannon Smith, Michael Smith Howard, Nolan Lambert Jr., and Tammy Lynn Lambert, who undoubtedly welcome him with open arms.

Hanks spirit lives on through his cherished sons, Coby Ray Jobson and Andrew Gaige Jobson, who were the pride and joy of his life. Along with their mother, Crystal Bates, they were the center of Hank's world, and his love for them was evident in every smile and laugh they shared. He is also survived by his devoted brother, John Christopher Reynolds and his wife Jada, his loving sister, Devin Reynolds Kay and her husband Jacob. Additionally, Hank leaves behind several aunts , cousins, and extended family members, along with a host of close friends who became family through shared experiences and unwavering support.

Hank's educational journey took him from Ohatchee High School to Gadsden State Community College, where he earned an Associate of Arts degree while completing his high school education. This drive for growth and learning characterized much of his life.

For the past two decades, Hank dedicated himself to work at the Anniston Army Depot as a Dyno Shop Technician and Diesel Mechanic. His colleagues remember him not just for his skill and dedication, but for his infectious humor and the warmth he brought to the job every day.

Hank was a man who embraced life's simple pleasures. Despite his fear of spiders, he found solace in the great outdoors, often spending his free time fishing or cheering on his sons at their sporting events. He cherished moments spent with family and friends, playing games, and watching football with his boys. His quirky sense of humor and contagious smile could light up any room, and his comforting hugs and caring heart left in an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Hank was a compassionate friend, a loving son, and an amazing father who lived to help others, often placing their needs above his own. His selflessness and generosity were gifts to those who knew him, and his memory will continue to inspire kindness and love.

A celebration of Hank's life will be held on April 24, 2026 at 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Weaver Park Meeting Center located at 406 Anniston St., Weaver, AL 36277. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Hank are invited to join in honoring his memory and celebrating his legacy of love and laughter.

Though Hank's physical presence will be deeply missed, his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. May his memory be a blessing of his life and a beautiful reminder of the power of love and kindness.
