A Graveside service for Mrs. Helen Joyce Clark will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Anniston Memorial Gardens with service provided by Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Rev. Leroy Brown will be officiating the service along with Mr. Louis Bass.
Mrs. Clark passed away on December 5, 2023 surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Gerald Clark and parents Frank and Annie Yarbrough.
Survivors include daughters Deborah (Louis) Bass, Pamela (Daniel) Clibrey, Rachael (Steve) Caldwell, and stepson Larry (Lecresha) Clark; grandchildren, Jordan (Ashley) Bass, Corey (Hazuk) Bass, Lauren (Trey) Shaw, Adam Clibrey, Macie Caldwell; great grandchildren, Claire Bass, Jonathan Bass, Emma Bass, Owen Bass and Baker Shaw.
She was a loving wife, Mother and Grandmother. She absolutely adored her family and loved spending time with them. She was a member of Coldwater Worship Center. She was a devoted Pastor’s wife and had a heart for foreign missions. She was instrumental in raising funds to build churches in Brazil, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Paraguey, Nicaragua and Honduras.
Pallbearers will be Jordan Bass, Corey Bass, Trey Shaw, Adam Clibrey, Daniel Clibrey and Steve Caldwell.
She touched many lives and enjoyed telling people about Jesus. She will be forever loved and will be greatly missed.
