Anniston – Funeral service for Mrs. Irene Hutchins Wilson, 71, will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with John Ross and Rusty Stephens officiating with burial to follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Wilson passed on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at her home.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by her husband, Jerry Wilson; daughters, Wendy Wilson England (Marcus), and Regina Wilson Cooper; sister, Dorothy Hutchins Hansard (Arnold); brother, John Hutchins (Lanelle); grandchildren, Brock England, Andie Cooper, Addison Cooper, and Aiden Cooper.

Mrs. Wilson is preceded in death by her parents, Walt and Ioma Hutchins.
Mrs. Wilson was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. She was a member of Betta View Hills Church of Christ, a graduate of Jacksonville High School and Gadsden State Community College. She worked at Lee Brass for 25 years, and retired in 2011 from Flint Ink after 15 years of service. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed.
