Jennie Sue Landers

Funeral Services for Jennie Sue Landers, 73, of Jacksonville will be Sunday, July 10, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Gray Brown Service Mortuary with Rev. Brian Watts and Grandson Blake Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Landers passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016 in Jacksonville.

Survivors include two sons Scott Landers (Shannon) of Jacksonville and Harold Landers of Savannah, Ga., five grandchildren Jordan Landers, Brittnee Spooner, Dylan Baugh, Blake Turner and Hunter Landers and sixteen nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Landers is preceded in death by her parents Seab and Sallie Pilkington, son Barry Ray Landers, brothers Bud Pilkington, Charles Pilkington and William Edger Pilkington, sisters Norma Jean Cameron, Eva Jo Irvin, Annie Maude Paul and Susie Mae “Sis” Carag.

Mrs. Landers attended Grace Tabernale Church in Jacksonville. She was a great mother and friend and all that knew her loved her. A special thanks to her caregivers Rita Payne, Toni Rambo, Gloria Andrews, ladies of Grace Tabernacle and all the wonderful nurses and staff of Jacksonville Health and Rehab.
