John was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He was an avid Alabama Fan, and enjoyed hunting and loved the sporting of Game Fowl. He spent most of his free time riding his Harley Davidson and being the best pawpaw to his sweet babies. John lived his life to the fullest, loved a good challenge and was always up for a risky game of chance. John married Debbie January 21, 1977. The two were each other's lifelong companions, best friends and soul mates. They were blessed with two beautiful children. He will always be remembered, loved and missed by us.
