Anniston - Funeral services for Mrs. Linda L. Cole, 74 of Anniston will be Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Dr. Randy Postell officiating with burial following at Forestlawn Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends this evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cole passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014 at RMC in Anniston.

Mrs. Cole is survived by her husband of 58 years Norman Cole; daughters, Pam Loudin and fiancé Roger Lyon, Lynn (David) Houston, and Debbie (Tommy) Buzan; sister, Joyce ( Bob) Mims; brother, Johnny (Eleanor) Johnson; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Cole was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Johnson; father, C.L. Johnson; sister, Mary Melton; brothers, Grover Johnson, and Clarence Johnson.

Pallbearers will be family.

Mrs. Cole was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. Mrs. Cole was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Saks and was a homemaker. She loved to spend time with family and friends and loved scrapbooking and traveling.

Family request that donations may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital or 1st Baptist Church of Saks.
